• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Collaborate in the development and monitoring of budgets
• Assist in financial forecasting and planning activities
• Prepare regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency
• Prepare documentation and assist in audits as needed
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and accessible

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a startup or dynamic work environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup culture
• Fluid in german and english
