We also maintain our own online panel community (MOBROG) with 2 million respondents in 74 countries. Our team consists of motivated, competent, and highly educated individuals. We operate successful B2C panel websites, monetizing our reach through the integration of external advertisements, including Google AdSense, programmativ advertising, and header bidding.

Oversee, continuously optimize, and strategically develop our advertising setup.

• Comprehensive management & optimization of ad monetization for our websites (Google AdSense, Programmatic Advertising, Header Bidding)
• Identification & implementation of new monetization strategies beyond advertising (e.g., affiliate, video, in-game ads, premium models)
• Setup & management of ad technologies: integration and configuration of ad servers, SSPs, and header bidding providers
• Testing & performance improvement: optimizing ad placements, formats & partners to maximize revenue
• A/B testing of ad formats, layouts & partners to maximize earnings
• Monitoring & analysis of ad revenue: developing data-driven optimization strategies to increase eCPM & fill rate
• Optimization of the ad strategy for mobile & in-app advertising via Google AdMob & alternative providers
• Onboarding new ad partners & ad networks to further expand monetization
• Ensuring technical functionality & compliance (e.g., GDPR, consent management)

• Experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or website monetization
• Knowledge of Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, header bidding, SSPs, or related technologies
• Analytical mindset & performance-driven approach to revenue optimization
• Independent & structured working style – you can set up and manage an ad setup autonomously
• Basic technical understanding (JavaScript, API integrations, ad server configuration is a plus)
